Hello! My name is Belinda.
l am the Registered Home Manager here at Steeton Court Nursing Home. I have proudly enjoyed my nursing career within the NHS and care homes for over 45 years.
Within my role l am responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of person centred care/support services, that promotes independence, choice and dignity to empower our residents to continue a quality of life. I also ensure the environment is safe and comfortable, ensuring the health and welfare for our residents, the staff team and visitors.
I am lucky to be supported by a fantastic team that demonstrate a nurturing warm and compassionate approach to our residents at all times.

I have worked in Healthcare for many years and my responsibilities are to oversee the Governance and Development of our Care Homes. I work closely with the Managers to ensure we deliver the very best person-centred care in an environment that is modern, stylish and welcoming.
I am privileged to work with a team that strives to uphold our values of kindness, dignity and compassion, where our staff feel valued and our resident’s needs are met to the highest standard. I am always looking at new ways to improve our service and love being involved in constant upgrading and refurbishing of our Homes.
Outside of work, I like to stay active and spend time with my family, friends and dogs! I love to travel (when possible) and my hobbies include golf, football and gardening.
Group Quality Assurance Manager
I have worked across the group of homes since December 2019.
I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse having completed my Nursing Degree in Wales. I have a range of experience working initially in specialist mental health services, domiciliary care/supported living and specialist learning disability services before moving across to the aged care sector. I have experience in Home Management, Senior Operations Management and Quality and Compliance roles.
I am extremely passionate about good quality kind care and promoting positive wellbeing for residents and ensuring that we go the extra mile for people living in our care homes. I am also motivated to ensure that we have well supported, highly skilled and valued staff teams who can deliver excellence in our care homes.
I have experience of dementia both from a personal and professional perspective and am a qualified Dementia Care Mapper.
In my spare time, I love spending family time together with my husband and children, we love going on days out when we can and enjoying a good coffee and cake together! I also have a keen interest in martial arts in particular Taekwondo.
Hello my name is Janet and I am Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead at Steeton Court.
I have been a Nurse for over 40 years and have enjoyed my career immensely.
Steeton Court is a lovely home with a fantastic team and I am proud to be part of it and all recent achievements.
My role involves Training, Mentoring and supporting all the staff group but particularly the nursing staff, who do an invaluable job.
The main focus of all, here at Steeton Court, is the well being of our residents, to enhance their lives and to give families peace of mind that their loved ones are truly loved and cared for.
Hello! My name is Gaynor Ross-Bryar.
I am employed at Steeton Court Nursing Home as the Night Manager.
I have been a Registered Nurse for many years and have worked within the NHS & care homes which have allowed me to gain a vast array of clinical skills.
My current role involves supporting the Night Team to ensure that the needs of the residents are met in a holistic and person-centred approach, ensuring continuity of care over a 24hour basis within the Home.
Dementia Lead Nurse
I have been Nursing for over 40 years and I am working as a Nurse at Steeton Court. My passion is working with the people that are living with Dementia. I am a Senior Staff Nurse and Dementia Lead and I am currently working with
the team to improve the support and nursing care that people receive.
I love to develop myself and I am currently working towards a MSc in Dementia, I am also completing a Dementia Care Mapping Course, which as a team we will be using to enhance the care people receive.
My aim for the home is to provide a personalised care package of support that is individualised for each person’s needs, by working with the person involved and their families.
The home is working towards being a Centre of Excellence for Dementia Care and we are creating a Memory Lane Community which will involve changes to the environment as part of this.
Hello, my name is Rachael and I have been the senior Administrator at Steeton Court since we opened almost 31 years ago. I thoroughly enjoy my work here, working within a great team, supporting our lovely residents and getting to know families and friends. I am always available to offer help and support.
Hello my name is Jeremy Ireson; I am the Head Chef at Steeton Court. I have been a chef for nearly 30 years, and have gained a vast knowledge and experience of food.
My first role after leaving Stratford upon Avon College was to work at the Savoy, London, where I gained my certificate of status.
Throughout my career I have worked at a number on different hotels, restaurants, pubs, and nursing homes and have won awards along the way for best restaurant and using local food produce.
The menus are developed to include our residents choices, specialist diets are provided as required.
My passion is to cook delicious, fantastic looking locally produced food, and to bake the best cakes
and tastiest puddings!
My name is Geraldine and I am the Housekeeper at Steeton Court. I have worked here for 9 years and have loved every minute of it. To me, Steeton Court is home from home. My team treat the home as the residents own. We are visiting their home and it is not our workplace.
I am very proud of my team and they have worked so hard during the Pandemic to maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene to maintain the safety of our residents.
Ruth Rhodes / Khansa Zulfiqar
Hello! We are the activity coordinators at Steeton Court Nursing Home.
My name is Ruth Rhodes l have worked for 30 years at Steeton Court both as hairdresser and activities coordinator. I work with my colleague Khansa Zulfiqar, who has been employed for 6 years as a carer and latterly as activities coordinator.
Our role involves supporting residents to continue to enjoy pastimes and personal interests, assist in ensuring inclusion in all activity sessions, and that they have good time with friends, other residents and staff. Our activity programmes follow resident’s requests, and when able include visits out to enjoy meals and shopping. We regularly have visiting entertainers that the residents thoroughly enjoy.
We encourage strong links with the community, and encourage attending events. Khansa and l are passionate about supporting residents to have the most fulfilling lives possible whilst living at Steeton Court Nursing Home.
